The sprinkles made me do it

Lunch

Today’s lunch:

Chicken and White Bean Enchilada with Creamy Salasa Verde – made Monday morning  so that I’d have something to take for lunch this week.

Southwest salad (from the hospital) – Lettuce, spinach, broccoli, pinto and black beans, diced tomatoes, onion and a smidge of cheese with salsa for the dressing plus guacamole and sour cream for fun. I usually go to the hospital once a week for a salad to complement my lunch. Greens = good for baby.

Pudding (from the hospital) – I usually bypass dessert at the hospital but I love pudding … and sprinkles. And it was good.

What did you have for lunch?

  1. My lunch: salad w/ light caesar dressing, english muffin w/ peanut butter & banana, a pear and a cheese stick. I'd like your lunch!

  2. sprinkles made you do it - cracking me up. Thought you should know that once again I dug into your archives and printed off your pomegranate chicken wing recipe for a co-worker. that's twice in a week that your pom info has been useful in my life!!

  3. I should email this to you, but this is much easier - wondered if you might be willing to do a post on yoga. Specifically, how you got started, what equipment you need at the beginning, recommendations for people who want to get started (dvd or something), why you choose yoga, etc. I call you the yogu guru and Dr. Oz had a show where he said that yoga every morning can dramatically improve your health so . . . I want to improve my health (but we don't have any yoga classes here in Smalltown USA). just an idea for a post. Thanks! Hope you're well! Can't wait for our paths to cross again . . . hopefully sooner rather than later!
