The mother load

Guess who's no longer a newborn ...

Miles!

Guess who's a happy boy  now ...

Miles!

Guess who's 3 months old ...

Miles! Miles! Miles!

Reader Lee asked me the other day about how I'm fitting in running with motherhood so I thought I'd take the opportunity to take questions about motherhood, my running comeback, my status as an unenthusiastic breast-feeder and whether I ever really give up dairy. Anything you want to know, just ask.

Of course, feel free to amuse me as I post super cute pictures of my lil guy.

  8. What kind of routine have you developed to enable you to run and care for baby? Any issues with running and breastfeeding? Has Miles refused milk because of lactic acid? Any advice for pumping at work? Are there any times when your baby was super fussy? If so, what worked best to calm him? Did you give up dairy because it made Miles gassy or constipated? Did it work?

I have a 3 week old - so I have plenty of questions. I love reading your blog!
