If not, you may want to consider getting one - just a couple of hundred dollars and totally worth every penny for the piece of mind - at least the first year (just my unsolicited advice). Woo Hoo - screw those current rude neighbors of yours - ha! Movin' on up to the east side (or whatever side you're moving to!!!!). yay!!!!!

You deserve a great and wonderful life. You have had a LOT of wonderful things happen to you just in the time that I've "known" you. So . . . I can't answer your question, but I do know that either your life is on a different course now - one that is rich and fulfilling and filled with good, or instead of a new road you've definitely been dealt a better hand of cards - either way, you come out ahead.Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15432550406970940247noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6137646469767562765.post-79292515591833201352011-02-17T13:51:06.101-05:002011-02-17T13:51:06.101-05:00Yayyy congrats on buying a house, that is so excit...Yayyy congrats on buying a house, that is so exciting!
