I'm going to definitely try athat!Kimberly https://www.blogger.com/profile/08159387703524634028noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6137646469767562765.post-30446739712091827992010-08-04T10:02:50.023-04:002010-08-04T10:02:50.023-04:00Those look like red potatoes - totally easy and de...Those look like red potatoes - totally easy and delicious recipe. <br />Take a gallon size zip lock bag; quarter the spuds; add a couple of TBS olive oil (or other kind if you prefer) the zippie bag, and a packet of onion soup mix (I usually use 1/2 packet otherwise it gets pretty salty); put the spuds in the bag, seal bag, shake until spuds are well coated. Put in a baking dish - i usually use a 9X13 pan so that the spuds are in a single or double layer. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Yum!
