She struggles with weight and although she always tried to instill confidence in me, it did affect me to overhear her conversations. Luckily, as I got older, I have accepted my body for what it is, even when I am trying to be better. I quit watching Biggest Loser with them because I really felt they were picking up too much on the stress it was placing on being thin.
