I have lost around ...You truly are an inspiration. I have lost around 65 lbs and I am in maintenance now, but before I lost weight, I would make trips through *multiple* drive thru's for one meal (like, a taco from Taco Bell, some mac & cheese from KFC, and a burger from BK) and then...yup...eat it all in the car and hide the evidence/wrappers until I could throw them away when no one could see me. It was awful, and even now when I feel the urge to emotional-binge, I have to hold tight to the steering wheel to not pull through a drive thru and exhibit old habits. Thank you for talking about this and reminding me to stay strong! I love reading your blog every day, keep it up :)Lisa Ghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13134972791950180371noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6137646469767562765.post-42380288321326389312012-06-28T13:44:33.864-04:002012-06-28T13:44:33.864-04:00I used to do the same thing! Thankfully, I've changed my eating habits and am proud to say I've not had drive-thru food in almost 6 months! We all have our backslides though. Just accept it was a splurge and move on, maybe that will make the guilt less and you'll not try hiding the evidence.Jameshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03806353710709814218noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6137646469767562765.post-432517218517713472012-06-28T12:20:17.740-04:002012-06-28T12:20:17.740-04:00You are such an inspiration :)You are such an inspiration :)Patriciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09486563377965503697noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6137646469767562765.post-33359265687793414172012-06-28T12:17:35.995-04:002012-06-28T12:17:35.995-04:00I love your article!
