What is even worse than...Mommy guilt is the WORST. What is even worse than that is the fact that often time other mothers will be the ones to remind us to feel guilty about it (usually people who aren't actually friends). I think we're hardest on ourselves on this one for sure. What's funny is my 8 year old will BEG to get to come to the gym with us so that he can go to the Kids Club there. He LOVES it.
